- Group discussion room (30 m²) equipped with state-of-the-art studio technology
- Monitoring rooms (16 m²)
- Customer lounge with internet access/WLAN, fax, telephone and plasma TV
- 5 test stations (each with internet access, one with monitoring facility)
- Separate interpreting room with simultaneous technology
- Fully equipped kitchen, stock room and capacities for storing refrigerated and frozen products
- All rooms are air-conditioned
