"International Studies with One Single Contact"

LEYHAUSEN is in a position to organise and implement national and international field studies of any size at any time.

From our own premises and with our own interviewers in Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, Spain and the Middle East, we organise, coordinate and manage our international field work to collect data for you on the behaviour of people in the market place, in the comsumer field and on a social level.

We will also gladly carry out data collection for you in the countries in which we do not have our own premises. Here, we have worked for several years with experienced partner companies. The benefit to you: You have only one contact person for the data collection of your study. This saves you time and effort in coordination and is also cost effective.

Through the use of multimedia laptops, we can not only carry out paper & pencil surveys but also CAPI interviews. We have 250 laptops and a large pool of trained and experienced interviewers worldwide who are equipped with their own computers, enabling the realisation of a large number of cases.

CAPI data collection is carried out using modern multimedia laptops which are capable of recording audio files (music, advertisements amongst others) and video sequences. We use the proven software in2quest, amongst others, for all computer-aided surveys. Furthermore, the use of any other software is feasible at our offices at any time.

The broad range of different qualifications of our interviewers and their high levels of motivation guarantee extremely reliable study results. As well as pay commensurate to performance, fair cooperation with the interviewers is also important to us.

Every interviewer receives a personal briefing before each study capitalised on extensive ongoing training

  • Pre-test to ‘evaluate’ the interviewer
  • Equip all interviewers with an interviewer manual
  • Interviewer hotline is provided for interviewers at all times for queries
  • Intensive briefing of interviewers by project manager (and customer) before each project.
  • Independent monitoring department
  • Quality control of surveys by specially trained moderators for completeness, handling of the survey materials, technical accuracy and plausibility.
  • Quota monitoring by the project manager
  • Monitoring of the interviewers: Telephone and written monitoring of a randomly selected group of people surveyed (usually 30% of the overall control sample).
